Caschette Named to the 18th Judicial District Court Bench
DENVER – Attorney Richard Caschette, founding partner of Starrs Mihm Caschette LLP, has been appointed to the District Court Bench for the 18th Judicial District effective July 11, 2008
“We’re really sorry to see him leave,” said partner Michael Mihm. “We knew when we formed this firm that Rich wanted to eventually return to public service. We’re just glad we had him for five years. We’ll miss him.”
Caschette is a former first assistant United States attorney for Colorado. He is also a former Denver deputy district attorney in Denver. He received his bachelor’s degree from Fordham University cum laude in 1976, and his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1979.
